Warranty
As a result of Evakool's stringent quality control some products have, following the identification of certain visible imperfections, been graded as a factory second. These imperfections are purely aesthetic in nature and DO NOT affect the insulation properties or performance. These imperfections are not covered by warranty.
Factory Seconds and Ex-Demo Units carry a five (5) year warranty which covers all aspects of workmanship and joinery, including handles, feet, hinges and bungs. Fridges also carry a 5 year warranty on the compressor and electronics however in view of the item being a factory second the warranty does not cover any aspect of interior or exterior finishes.
Nexberg Pty Ltd will repair at no charge any fault occurring within the aforementioned limitations if:
- The fault occurs under normal circumstances during normal use
- The fault is found to be caused by defective or faulty materials or workmanship
The warranty does not cover transport costs and in-transit insurance costs to and from:

If the product is to be returned, it should whenever possible, be returned in its original carton, or alternatively in suitable packaging so as to prevent damage to the product. Nexberg P/L will not accept responsibility for damage to the product caused by unsuitable or inadequate packaging.
Return for warranty repairs must, prior to dispatch from the customer, be authorized by Nexberg Pty Ltd and must quote the warranty repair reference number.
