Payment Options and Procedure
Once you have decided on the products you wish to purchase and have added them to your cart there are three (3) methods of payment that can be utilised.
The first option is Paypal which is a secure website that accepts credit card payments as well as payments from existing paypal users. Once you have selected this option and inputed all of your details and have seen what the total cost including freight is, the Paypal "Buy Now" button will appear down the bottom of your entered details. Once you click this button you will be redirected to the SECURE paypal website and either be asked to enter your log in details or if you do not own a paypal account then to enter your credit card details. Please be aware that only MASTERCARD and VISA are acceptable credit card methods to use. We regret that we do not accept American Express, Diners Club or BarterCard. After you have finished making payment you will then be redirected to our website and your payment will be sent to us for processing. Please then allow 1-2 business days for us to process the order and contact you about delivery details.
The second option is Direct Deposit. Quite similiar to the method above except after your details are entered you will be given the details for our Bank Account that you will need to deposit the funds into. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and payment to be received following this you will be contacted with delivery details.
The final payment option is Payment by Phone where we will call you and ask for payment. Normally this will be Credit Card over the phone. Once you have placed your order we will contact you for payment details either we will ask you to deposit the funds into our account or you may pay by VISA or MASTERCARD over the phone. Once your payment has been successfully processed (instantaneous with credit card and 1-2 business days with Direct Deposit) we will then contact you with you delivery details.
Stock Availability
We do not manufacture seconds and they are a randomly occuring product, quantities of which may vary on a day to day basis. We will monitor stock quantities and will update the status on the website daily, however in view of the nature of seconds all items on our seconds website are Subject to Availability.
Our standard procedure will be to call you if there are any shortages in your order and advise you when those items will be available.
